In-stock items: generally dispatched within 14 working days of confirmation.
Bespoke items: shipping timelines provided upon order confirmation.

Is local pickup available?
Yes. If you are located in or near Berlin, Germany, you are welcome to schedule a pickup from our gallery. Please contact us to arrange a convenient time.
Returns
Given the unique nature of our vintage and made-to-order items, all sales are final.
We advise reviewing product details thoroughly prior to purchase. If you need further photos, measurements, or material samples, please do not hesitate to ask—we are here to help you make an informed choice.
What if my item arrives damaged?
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery at contact@szene.club, attaching clear photos of both the damage and the packaging. Our team will review your request and respond within 10 working days to resolve the matter.
